What kind of protection you need to use for your laptop?

By Nick Pref

Notebooks are selling like hot cakes nowadays because people like to move, they are always on the move so they need their information with them. Tablets are selling equally well . but you can't compare the usability of a laptop with the usability of a tablet and that's why the laptop trend will be very consistent over the next few years.

But with mobility and movement a risk shows up, a risk that you should take into consideration after you buy a laptop. You need to protect your laptop from any outside factor if you don't want to lose all your information or the money you've spent on your new laptop.

And that's exactly why this article will present the types of bags you can use to protect your laptop:

- laptop bags: You can go with a bag if you are always on the run and you also have other stuff besides your laptop (such as your mouse, some documents, maybe a portable printer). This sort of bags have a lot of room to accomodate just about anything a business man needs.

- laptop cases: It's one of the surest ways to protect your laptop and to be more specific: a case is recommended when you expose your laptop to hard environment where you can easily kick it.

- laptop sleeves: These don't have any handles and they're just a piece of cloth with a zipper on one side. It's recommended that you should get a sleeve only if you carry your laptop in another big bag or in your car.

You can find any of them in a size that fit your needs, no matter if your laptop has a 17 inch screen or a 10" screen. My final question is this: Why risk of losing $500-$600 in case your laptop cracks down, when you can protect it with an investment of $10-$30?
